Ealing Girls' Grammar School was one of four schools to form The Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls in 1974 as a comprehensive school for girls. The other schools being Wood End, The Grange and St Ann's Secondary Modern.

The school's former building now form part of the campus of The University of West London.
