Dangerous and Obstructive Parking by Council Workers ? - Can it be legal to block the footway?
I appreciate Council workers have a job to do, but so do many others. Would anyone else get away with blocking the footway adjacent to a roundabout? I understand that a footway is there for the use of pedestrians, not for parking! There was a legitimate parking space within 15 yards so it wasn't even necessary?
