Maybe it's just me, but it seems wrong that a supermarket is storing uncovered bread items for sale on shelves accessible to all in sundry. That is accessible to those with coughs and colds, kids dirty fingers, etc, etc. Surely they should be in covered bins? Fact: The distance droplets can travel after a cough or sneeze is 3 – 12 feet.
