Another non compliant yellow backed road sign.
It seems the officers at the council need to go back to school to learn the road traffic regulations!
Suggest the council invest in a copy of the Traffic Signs Manual ISBN 9780115505591 published by the Department for Transport to prevent repeat of this mistake.
